iBolt.co organizes their entire business workflow with Teambox
Wireless Accessory Solutions is a global, hyper-growth company focused on designing, manufacturing and selling products for the wireless market. The team created a new brand from scratch, the iBolt.co brand with worldwide reach.Teambox helps the company to collaborate, plan, design and manufacture all of their products across multiple countries and continents. Tools encountered prior to Teambox
The team tried and evaluated competitive solutions from Manymoon (Salesforce acquisition), Basecamp and Project Place. They did not like the user interface and founds that the functionality was lacking.
Selecting Teambox
The team at Wireless Accessory solutions saw that Teambox was a top rated app on the Google Apps Chrome marketplace, selected Teambox after a thorough evaluation and noted that it had the best usability, functionality and overall user experience. Mikael Petersson, the Managing Director, was impressed with his experience with personal at Teambox. He was particularly impressed with the rapid response he received from Teambox’s support staff when he asking a question during the evaluation process.
Using of Teambox
The company’s entire business runs on Teambox, all collaboration, file sharing and projects are managed on the Teambox platform – Everything related to the workflow of the business is inside of a Teambox project. The company manufactures products for the cellular industry. For every new product designed - there are hundreds of them - they create two projects in Teambox. One project is for the design process and the second project is for marketing, launch and roll out of the product. For design work, the team takes photos using an iPhone, attaches them to a Teambox task and shares with the team for review and design iteration. CAD drawings are also uploaded and shared.

Teambox provides one central “workspace” for the entire company and “is a far better approach than using Dropbox or YouSendit”. No longer do they need to search for data, pictures or communications; it is all located in Teambox. They see continuous improvement in the Teambox product. They found and noted that is is a very sticky product, once they started using Teambox they could not stop. They have now started to use the new version 4, which they like very much and see as an improvement.

Everything is integrated to Teambox and daily workflow of the business is run and managed through Teambox.
Working in China
They cannot use any Google collaboration products in China as they are blocked by the Government. But Teambox is not blocked and works great there, so they have been using Teambox in China (although without the Google docs feature), which was a big bonus.
