QA Director
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Teambox is the leading cloud collaboration platform and we are in an exciting, hyper-growth phase! We are looking for a QA Director to help us improve our release processes and stability of the platform.
In this role, the selected candidate will possess key skills including:
- Enable QA processes
- Experience managing and working with teams
- Proactive, no need for supervision
- Take ownership of performance: how to measure them and test
- Take ownership of security: tests, scans and processes
- Take ownership of web automated QA tests (selenium)
- Excellent communication skills (english)
- Must be able to interface well with any level of management, developers, quality assurance and customer service
- Good understanding of the software development process and software design
- Be an evangelist driving for solid requirements, designs, specifications, implementation and review processes to help assure we deliver great solutions
Nice to have:
- Ruby on rails or frontend skills
- Testing libraries: RSpec, capybara, mocha..

Regional Inside Sales Rep
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, USA
Description:
- Reach out to the established Teambox community in the targeted region to build relationship, qualify, advance and grow service utilization.
- Consistently deliver against aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets and opportunistically look for breakout revenue possibilities.
- Be self-sufficient and drive all aspects of the sales cycle with business and IT professionals over the phone and email including qualification, account development, negotiating, closing and forecasting. Develop and execute a Territory plan for over-achievement.
- Proactively manage your schedule, extensive lead and opportunity pipeline in order to meet monthly milestones and quarterly objectives.
- Team with the sales and marketing leadership to strengthen prospecting and nurturing plans and provide product feedback.
- Collaborate successfully with all areas of the organization to optimize team productivity.
- Maintain CRM database (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience of a successful track record selling software or services to businesses, Saas experience strongly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and driving the sales cycle. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and European language proficiency (German, French, Spanish) a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, which among other attributes, builds immediate customer rapport on the phone and teamwork with colleagues.
